Eco-Conscious Himalayan Spirit

Sustainable clay walls, wild gardens.

As one of the earliest pioneer cafes in Bir Colony, Silver Linings was intentionally designed around natural sustainability. Built primarily with traditional mud-house architecture, the space breathes with the seasons—keeping organically cool during hot afternoons, and radiating cozy rustic comfort on chilly Himalayan nights.

We source clean organic flours, local mountain honeys, and completely bypass processed powders. We run an uncompromising eco-friendly house, recycling plastic elements directly into decorative planter borders, while nurturing a cottage garden blooming with cottage roses and wildflowers.

Inside the cozy mud cottage of Silver Linings, we keep an analog, hand-bound paper journal where paragliders, artists, and mountaineers leave tiny warm notes of presence.

Leave your digital postcard note here. It gets pinned on our virtual board for others to see.

"The spinach cheese omelette and hand-ground drip coffee here is my mandatory morning ritual before paragliding launches at Billing. Absolutely peaceful."

"Most authentic banoffee pie I have had anywhere. It gets so busy around sunset with travelers. Truly the heart and soul of Bir Colony cafes."
